The cusomer service process of our company as below:

1. Received the inquires from the customers and make the quoation.
2. The customers approved the price and make the PI.30% deposit before bulk production.
3. The blank dummies can be free for customers, but the courier fee had been made by the customers.
4. Samples approved, bulk production started.The schedule is confirmed by us.
5. Advance samples had been sent out for final approval before shipment.
6. Smaples confirmed by customers, the ballance pamyent done.
7. Production finished, Quality check all through, cleaning and packaging.
8. Arrange the shipment and keep the customer posted.
9. Tracking the shipment and the customer serivices.
10. Hearing from the feedback from the cusomter once they received the goods.
